So here’s a glimpse into some of the ways we’re doing just that.
Harnessing Renewable Energy
We’ve taken a big step towards sustainability by investing in a photovoltaic system (that’s a fancy word for “solar panels”).
By tapping into renewable energy sources, we’re significantly reducing our reliance on fossil fuels, minimizing our carbon footprint, and contributing to a cleaner environment.
Eco-Friendly Commuter Benefits
Next on our list of sustainability practices — eco-friendly commuter benefits all aimed at reducing transportation emissions!
We’re proud to cover half the cost of the Klimaticket — an Austrian Eco-Initiative. It’s all about reducing private car use and it covers all public transport across Austria!
With our Hybrid Work Model our team enjoys two days focus time at home and two days to solve challenges together on-site (out of a 4-day workweek). More flexibility and less time spent on the road!
We’ve also installed e-car charging stations making it super convenient for our team members to power up during their working day.

Sustainable Packaging
Say goodbye to plastic waste! We’ve switched to paper packaging for all our products. It might seem like a small change, but it makes a big difference in cutting down on plastic waste and supporting more sustainable packaging solutions.
Eco Workshops
When armed with knowledge about eco-friendly sustainability practices — anyone can take action against climate change! That’s why we teamed up with Glacier Climate Hours, who lead our team in a intensive two hour workshop, equipping them with the knowledge needed to make a difference in climate change — both at work and at home!
Green Campus
Our new Tractive campus in Linz, Austria is built with eco-friendly sustainability practices in mind.
Choosing our location was a no-brainer. Our campus is strategically located for easy access to public transport, making it a breeze for our team to commute sustainably and reduce those pesky transportation emissions.
We’ve also integrated some smart energy-saving features throughout the campus. Our smart lighting kicks in only when needed thanks to motion sensors. Plus, we’ve put all our major electronics on night-mode when we’re off the clock! Energy efficiency at its finest.
Nature is never far away — we made sure to incorporate plants and greenery throughout our office space!
Plus, we opted for locally sourced furniture, supporting our community while minimizing transportation emissions.
Tractive Forest
Not only do we offer green indoor spaces, but we also have a lush forest right in our backyard!
By integrating our Tractive forest into the campus design, we were able to preserve the natural habitat of the local biodiversity and provide our team a beautiful green space to work in.
