Your territory

As part of our Customer Happiness team you will:

  • Solve customer requests from all over the world
  • Use customer feedback and your own creative ideas to improve our products and apps
  • Write Help Center content and blog articles in order to help our customers proactively
  • Optimize processes when it comes to solving customer requests
  • Take over new areas of responsibility, e.g. team goals definition, improve internal structures
Your profile
Key requirements:
  • Degree from a higher technical institute (HTL) or a related school
  • Ideally professional experience in Customer Service and with ticket systems
  • Very good English and German skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid work permit for Austria

So you know what to expect: For this position we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualifications and experiences. The yearly gross salary is between € 23,000 and € 25,000 on a full-time basis
