Education

Growing up in the States and receiving her Bachelor of Arts in International Management from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Bavaria, Germany, Chelsea eventually settled down in Linz, Austria.

Experience

She joined Tractive in 2017, fueled by her passion for pets and creating positive customer experiences. As Customer Happiness Manager, she coordinated the Tractive Help Center and helped thousands of pet parents worldwide keep their furry friends safe. Since 2020, she’s managed the Tractive Blog as a Digital Marketing Manager and co-created helpful content for pet parents in 10+ languages, reaching millions of cat and dog lovers around the world.

Fun Facts

A lifelong animal lover, she’s been a cat mom to Pumpkin, Yammy, Maya, Beta and Shanti. In her spare time you can find her chasing her toddler, stopping to pet the many cats of her neighborhood (despite her allergies), or writing her own personal blog.
