Why do I need a Tractive subscription?
Tractive trackers have a built-in SIM - like your phone - that uses mobile networks to send you location info. All the fees needed to do that are covered within your subscription. That way, you get to enjoy unlimited range worldwide.
When does my subscription start?
You can pick a plan right after you order your tracker. That way, you're ready to go as soon as it arrives. You can also do it later, when you activate your tracker.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you'll get a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but it will not auto-renew.

What's Tractive Care?
It lets you claim a free replacement tracker in case yours gets lost, damaged or stolen, and costs a lot less than buying a new one. You can make one claim per subscription period with a 1 year plan, and two claims with a 2 or 5 year plan.
