Your territory

As part of our Data team, you will:

  • Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient end-to-end data architectures and solutions
  • Develop state-of-the-art data pipelines and streamline data transfer across platforms and databases
  • Foster and apply principled software development practices to ensure consistency, replicability, and modularity of data solutions
  • Create and implement solutions to monitor the health of data workflows while optimizing performance and stability
  • Ensure data is stored in a clean, structured, secure, and cost-efficient manner
  • Guarantee the accuracy and availability of application and business data
  • Implement data quality strategies to maintain high standards of data integrity
  • Gain access to external data and integrate it into internal systems for improved decision-making
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Experience designing and delivering data solutions, including pipelines, modeling, and/or processing
  • Proficiency in the latest data engineering tools and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with stream and batch processing technologies
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for maintaining data architectures
  • Strong knowledge of handling complex data structures
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark
  • Experience with Apache Airflow is a plus
  • Ideally, experience with AWS Cloud solutions like Glue, S3, Athena, and Redshift Spectrum
  • Very good English skills

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 50.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
