Your territory
As part of our Retail team, you will:
Develop and execute our international retail strategy for Europe and ANZ, taking full ownership of our top-tier retail partners and driving Joint Business Plans to reach ambitious goals
Lead annual negotiations on commercial terms, marketing investments and product listings with key retail groups across multiple countries
Analyze complex sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities, manage reliable forecasts and steer the performance of your regions
Act as the central point of contact for international retail, working closely with our Country Development Managers, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution
Focus on maximizing the performance and efficiency of our existing retail partners, deepening these key relationships to drive profitable growth and ensuring our retail channel strategically supports our core D2C business. Evaluate and onboard new partners only when there is a clear strategic need to close a critical market gap

Your profile
Key requirements:
A strong track record in international, pan-European or multi-regional Key Account Management, ideally within Consumer Electronics, FMCG or a related industry
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills with a deep understanding of retail P&Ls, margins and data analysis, plus advanced Excel skills
Experience managing the ANZ region (either direct-to-retail or via distributors) is a major advantage
Business-fluent English, with German or another major European language as a strong plus
