Your territory
As the Lead of our Country Development team, you will:
Lead, mentor and develop a cross-cultural team of 6 employees, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous learning
Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing and business strategies across 11 countries to achieve ambitious targets and accelerate regional growth
Ensure efficient spend allocation across channels with a full-funnel approach to marketing performance, using robust measurement frameworks to continuously track, evaluate and optimize KPIs
Oversee creative production, analysis and optimization to ensure maximum impact across varied media landscapes, maintaining a deep understanding of the full customer funnel
Guide content and marketing localization strategies (especially influencer marketing) so campaigns and product launches are authentically adapted to local needs across all 11 territories, while identifying and managing key local partnerships
Align with key stakeholders across teams - including SEA, Social Media, Design, Media Buying, CRM and Product - and at executive levels, ensuring transparent communication and effective reporting on regional performance
Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive developments across all 11 markets to position our brand effectively, challenge the status quo and identify emerging growth opportunities

Your profile
Key requirements:
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, data-driven marketing and market expansion, with a proven track record of analyzing complex campaign performance and understanding cross-channel impacts
Demonstrated experience in managing, motivating and scaling teams, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach individual contributors
A highly analytical mindset with significant experience handling, steering and optimizing higher budgets across multiple regions, and strong comfort with marketing KPIs, efficiency ratios and BI tools
Good understanding of key performance marketing channels and the impact they drive on each funnel step and on the overall business
Ability to zoom out and formulate a 1 to 3 year regional vision while retaining the agility to pivot tactics, with deep appreciation for cultural nuances and market trends across diverse European landscapes
Very good English skills with exceptional cross-functional communication, stakeholder management and presentation abilities (fluency in other key regional languages is a strong plus)
