Your territory

As part of our Marketing Design team, you will:

  • Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical specifications into intuitive, high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for responsive web interfaces

  • Adhere to and actively contribute to our existing design system, ensuring all new designs leverage established components and patterns

  • Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, and leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data - tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments - to validate and iterate on designs

  • Develop and refine site structures and navigation through journey architecture and mapping (for example user flow diagrams, sitemaps) to optimize user pathways

  • Utilize motion in the design of interactive components to enhance both usability and visual appeal

  • Prepare production-ready design assets, specifications, and clean handoffs for developers, ensuring all technical details and interactions are clearly documented

  • Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices

  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”

  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on web design, evidenced by a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating compelling, user-friendly web interfaces

  • Proficiency in using Figma and Adobe CC, with a deep understanding of responsive web design principles

  • A proven track record of developing scalable design systems for web, facilitating efficient design processes and collaboration

  • Ability to analyze data and research findings to inform design decisions

  • Although coding is not a requirement, a basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly beneficial for effective communication with engineering teams

  • Embrace diverse feedback, producing and defending design solutions that align with overarching project goals

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
