Your territory

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Take ownership of paid social campaigns across multiple markets, with a strong focus on execution within Meta Ads Manager

• Set up, manage, and continuously refine Meta campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization

• Partner with marketing and design colleagues to create compelling ad creatives that follow brand guidelines and platform best practices

• Implement and evaluate A/B tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and campaign structures

• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into practical improvements that help scale results

• Test emerging platforms and advertising opportunities to support future growth initiatives

Your profile

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally focused on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

• Practical experience working in Meta Ads Manager and managing campaigns directly

• Ability to oversee campaigns from setup and launch through ongoing optimization and scaling

• Background in B2C marketing is a plus

• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio

• Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and a proactive mindset

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Valid Austrian work permit
