Influencer Marketing Manager - US

Your territory

As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:

• Engage with influencers from North America and across the globe, supporting the team in expanding our influencer marketing activities across various platforms

• Own influencer marketing campaigns from end to end, starting with thorough research to identify suitable accounts

• Negotiate partnerships, contracts and budgets to secure mutually beneficial collaborations with new and existing influencers

• Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to uncover new engagement opportunities

• Analyze influencer performance, monitor past postings and derive actionable insights to optimize future campaigns

• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase "...because that’s how we’ve always done things"

• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, either managing creators or executing campaigns

• Strong understanding of influencer collaborations and brand partnerships across social media platforms

• Keen awareness of the latest trends across social media platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly

• Native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills
