Influencer Marketing Manager

Your territory

As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:

• Engage with influencers worldwide, supporting the team in expanding our influencer marketing activities across various platforms and markets
• Own influencer marketing campaigns, starting with a thorough research to identify suitable accounts
• Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and budgets to secure mutually beneficial collaborations with new and existing influencers
• Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to uncover new engagement opportunities
• Analyze influencer performance, monitor past postings, and derive actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Completed education in marketing, communications and/or the media area
• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing or broader social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and a keen awareness of the latest trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and German

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
