Pet parents are powered by Tractive

However, concerned dog and cat parents can breathe a sigh of relief: The Austrian company Tractive, world market leader in the field of GPS tracking for pets, has agreed to provide all Petpointer customers with a free replacement device upon taking out a subscription. Customers can choose from a variety of models that are best suited to the size of their pet.

Michael Hurnaus, CEO of Tractive, said of Petpointer’s insolvency: “It’s a shame to lose a competitor in an enormously growing market. But it’s important to us to give pet parents peace of mind, which is why we’ve opted for the free exchange program. Economically, Tractive is on a stable footing and will continue to grow significantly this year.”
