Your territory

As part of our Product team, you will:

  • Identify, establish, and manage business partnerships with brands, insurance companies, and other key industry players to drive business growth
  • Develop and oversee technical integrations with partners, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Own and execute partnership strategies, aligning them with our company vision and growth objectives
  • Analyze and optimize partnership performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, engagement, and revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to develop and launch successful partner initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities, particularly in the pet-tech, insurance, and digital services sectors
  • Act as the internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs align with company objectives and deliver long-term value
  • Continuously innovate by introducing fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen our partnerships and product offerings
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product management, with a track record of launching successful collaborations
  • Technical background and experience working closely with engineering teams on software development and API integrations
  • Experience in managing partnerships with brands, insurance companies, or digital service providers
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to assess performance, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid Austrian work permit

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 55.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
