CRM Operations Manager

Your territory

As part of our CRM team, you will:

• Collaborate closely with other CRM Managers to execute and optimize CRM campaigns in Iterable, including A/B testing of transactional and marketing emails, ensuring smooth coordination and troubleshooting to ensure optimal reach to pet lovers
• Take ownership of ad-hoc transactional email campaigns, overseeing everything from campaign creation to performance reporting
• Ensure data integrity and system functionality by collaborating with engineering and data teams and supporting backend CRM data flows and hygiene
• Optimize and maintain CRM tools and external integrations to ensure seamless automation workflows and efficient management of third-party services
• Monitor email deliverability, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper functioning of templates, tracking, and automation
• Manage and track CRM-related projects and technical tasks using Jira, ensuring timely delivery and resolution
• Act as a technical mentor to elevate the CRM team’s expertise in automation and data management best practices

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of hands-on experience with Iterable or similar platforms (e.g. Braze)
• Strong background in API integrations, data structures, and email automation workflows
• Proficient in HTML for CRM campaign creation and email templates
• Experienced in using Jira to manage workflows and projects
• Skilled at collaborating across teams (e.g. engineering, marketing, data)
• Technically strong and eager to mentor others in CRM technologies
• Excellent English skills

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 45,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
