Your territory

As part of our Design team, you will:

  • Execute a high volume of design work across a variety of digital channels (including but not limited to web design, digital ads, emails, social media etc.) while maintaining Tractive’s visual identity and tone of voice
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze design performance and experiment with data-driven solutions to drive business goals, focusing on conversion and brand awareness
  • Get hands-on with internal development teams, translating ambitious interactive ideas into code, all while keeping an eye on performance metrics
  • Work closely with Product Designers to ensure a seamless look and feel across the board, maintaining a shared design system in Figma
  • Organize, curate and steward folders and files within a DAM software
  • Manage vendor or agency relationships for print collateral and/or digital assets
  • Occasionally take the lead in directing and assisting in photoshoots, fostering collaboration with in-house photographers or external agencies
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

 

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of design experience, with a mix of agency and in-house expertise
  • A stellar portfolio that demonstrates an elevated design aesthetic and a thoughtful, creative and problem-solving approach
  • Power user of Figma and Adobe CC
  • Believer in creating scalable design systems and asset libraries to ensure efficiency and facilitate a quick onboarding of new designers
  • Well-versed with UX basics, User-Centered Design, and Responsive Web Design
  • Embrace diverse feedback, producing and defending design solutions that align with overarching project goals
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
