Your territory

As part of our Hardware team, you will:

  • Work closely with product managers and firmware engineers to transform product ideas into innovative and feasible hardware solutions
  • Collaborate with our Hardware Architect to design robust, future-proof hardware architectures that support our fast-paced growth, while maintaining our existing products
  • Identify and evaluate the best components, and lead schematic and PCB reviews to ensure optimal performance and quality
  • Analyze, test, and refine prototypes to validate that they meet both technical requirements and real-world demands
  • Design and implement smart test setups, writing scripts (e.g. in Python) to automate and streamline validation processes
  • Carry out feasibility studies to assess technical risks and shape the direction of new hardware concepts early on
  • Contribute to making our products production-ready by improving producibility and pushing for smarter automation in manufacturing
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the practicality and risks of new hardware concepts
  • Dive deep into hardware issues, uncover root causes, and drive meaningful improvements across our product line

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hardware development, from concept to mass productio
  • Strong skills in schematic design, PCB layout, and low-power, high-density hardware
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Confident with EDA tools (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad) and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.)
  • Proficient in Python for test automation and hardware validation
  • Familiar with RF integration and setting up hardware test environments
  • Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and production processes
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with firmware engineers
