Your territory

Reporting to the CTO, you will:

  • Have the unique opportunity to shape IT security of a fast-growing scale-up company
  • Develop, implement, and manage Tractive’s overall security strategy
  • Develop company-wide guidelines in the form of security policies and guidelines
  • Participate in the Incident Response Team whilst taking on leadership tasks in case of incidents or reports from ethical hackers
  • Plan, support, and participate in penetration tests, including measures management, as well as coordinate a functioning vulnerability and patch management system
  • Level up our Software Development practices to strengthen our products’ security posture
  • Collaborate and consult in Information Security Risk Management and Business Continuity Management
  • Monitor defined risk management measures in the area of cybersecurity, including reporting
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT security
  • Know-how and experience in dealing with current IT security technologies, standards, and methods
  • Knowledge of several relevant security domains, especially Security and Risk Management, Endpoint Security, Security Architecture and Engineering, Communication and Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, and Software Development Security
  • Certifications in the security context (ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.) are a plus, but not mandatory
  • Very good English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit
