Your territory
As part of our Software Development team, you will:
- Implement new features and maintain existing ones in our Spring Boot, Kotlin & Angular device lifecycle applications, along with our internal tooling team
- Find ways to optimize the performance of existing code (database-level optimizations, caching, …)
- Improve the user experience of our applications
- Be part of the whole development process –from definition to deployment– and see your changes go live within days on our production systems
- Learn how to write clean, maintainable and well-structured code from experienced developers in an agile environment
- Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art technologies
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Good knowledge in Java or Kotlin
- Knowledge in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Ideally knowledge in Spring Boot and Angular
- Willingness to learn and to work as part of an awesome, international team
- Very good English skills
- Valid work permit for Austria or student of an Austrian University/FH
- Ready to join our team from September 2024 or afterwards
