Media Buying Manager

Your territory

As part of our Marketing team, you will:

  • Get peace of mind on screens everywhere in over 10 markets, from TV and CTV to online video
  • Be our expert to set up the entire Media Buying space from scratch 
  • Implement processes, tools and strategies that cover all aspects of Media Buying from negotiations to agency relationship management and success measurement
  • Enable sustainable business growth by communication through mass media
  • Work with both Marketing and Design to continuously improve our assets and tailor them towards online or offline audiences
  • Help set up the technical landscape for measuring our campaigns in close collaboration with our BI Team
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in buying media with direct accountability for campaign performance
  • Strong experience and leadership capacity in agency pitching, campaign planning and negotiations management
  • Deep familiarity with KPIs and measurement systems of TV, CTV and online video campaigns
  • Good understanding of how to analyze, optimize and steer direct response campaign performance
  • Very good English skills
