Your territory

As part of our Design team, you will:

  • Bring narratives to life through expert editing and motion design for various projects, spanning campaign videos, product showcases, social content, and branded masterpieces for both external and internal use
  • Infuse your creative vision into the editing process, adding your own touch to create visually stunning compositions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze video content performance, experimenting with data-driven solutions to drive business goals, particularly conversion and brand awareness
  • Incorporate feedback and perpetually collaborate in a high-velocity production setting.
Oversee and catalog content and assets meticulously
  • Safeguard our brand standards while identifying chances to enhance our content in line with our strategic objectives
  • Utilize automation tools to create multiple versions and durations of video content, tailoring it for different platforms and markets
  • Occasionally take the lead in directing and assisting in photoshoots, fostering collaboration with in-house photographers or external agencies
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level


Your profile

Key requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional video editing/motion design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion design, animation, or related field , or equivalent experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video editing and motion graphics
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software. Familiarity with 3D software is an advantage, though not a necessity.
  • Exceptional skills in motion typography.
  • A stellar communicator, adept at receiving and interpreting feedback while meeting tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with the ins and outs of video production and post-production
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
