Your territory
As part of our innovative Software Development team you will:
- Continuously improve and evolve developer experiences such as state-of-the-art CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with a focus on performance, resilience, scalability, and costs
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation for defining and managing cloud infrastructure
- Ensure the security of system and customers' data
- Build best in class observability solutions for our distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the development process
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in implementing, monitoring, and logging solutions for applications and infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of security best practices within the DevOps framework
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ideally, certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, or related areas
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Very good English skills
