Country Marketing Manager - France

Your territory
As part of our Marketing country development team, you will:
- Help create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the French market, focusing on analytics to support business growth
- Work closely with channel managers in areas like SEA, social media, design, and media buying to plan and run marketing campaigns aimed at improving sales
- Monitor and analyze campaign and market performance, spotting opportunities and issues, translating these into actions and projects
- Contribute data-driven insights to shape the short to mid-term French marketing strategy, ensuring our campaigns resonate with the French audience
- Keep an eye on industry trends, market trends, and consumer behavior in the French market to find opportunities for innovation and growth
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset for informed decision-making and translate results into actions
- Proficiency in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to refine marketing strategies, drive innovation, and adapt campaigns for optimal results
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing
- Any experience with marketing channels such as SEA, affiliate, social media and good understanding of the French consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends and media landscape
- Native-level fluency in French is mandatory, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
