Hybrid Setup

Enjoy the best of both worlds—deep focus work at home and collaborative problem solving on-site. Our hybrid setup lets you work 1-2 days a week (depending on your team) at our Linz campus office and the rest from home.

Prefer the office vibe? You’re welcome to work on-site everyday if that’s your style.

Balancing Days

On top of your five weeks of vacation per year, you’ll have six balancing days with the Tractive standard contract to compensate for overtime—because work-life balance matters to us.
