Influencer Marketing Manager - Spain

Your territory

As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:

• Focus on engaging with influencers in Southern Europe - especially Spain - while collaborating with creators worldwide to support our global influencer marketing efforts
• Own influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from thorough research and account selection to outreach, coordination, and follow-up
• Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and budgets to secure mutually beneficial collaborations
• Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with special attention to developments in Southern Europe
• Analyze influencer performance, monitor past postings, and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize future campaigns
• Handle partnerships for Spain and Southern Europe and support the Country Development team in acquiring product reviews and backlinks
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Strong understanding of the Spanish market, culture, and media landscape
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, including working with creators, managing collaborations, or supporting campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and a keen awareness of the latest trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
