Talent Acquisition Manager

Your territory

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:

• Help one of Austria’s top-rated employers attract top talent, working alongside colleagues from 40+ countries to lead the way in keeping pets safe
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on hiring decisions
• Enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth, positive journey for all applicants
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes through data-driven insights
• Utilize Active Sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Manage and optimize recruitment channels, continuously evaluating their performance to ensure the best sourcing strategies
• Continuously optimize recruitment strategies and processes to ensure we’re attracting the best candidates
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role, with a strong track record of hiring top talent
• Familiarity with application management systems (ideally Teamtailor) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Valid work permit for Austria

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
