Senior Product Manager - Subscriptions

Your territory
As part of our Product team, you will:
- Help more pet parents choose - and stay with - the world’s most-trusted name in pet GPS tracking
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver impactful improvements and experiments to our subscription setup
- Align with our localized pricing and packaging strategy to grow customer lifetime value (CLTV) across regions
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve activation and engagement across all touchpoints – from purchase to recurring usage
- Analyze subscriber behavior, payment trends, and churn cohorts to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with developers, support agents, marketing experts, and others to hit goals and revenue targets - all while keeping tracker and app users happy
- Keep an eye out for potential improvements and ensure ongoing optimization
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Product management experience in a B2C (ideally SaaS) setting
- Solid grasp of subscription dynamics, with the ability to interpret and act on KPIs such as CLV, MRR, churn, cohort analysis, and retention metrics
- Experience with or solid knowledge of digital and/or hardware products
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Very good English skills
- A passion for the latest in (pet) tech
- Valid Austrian work permit
