Your territory

As part of our Marketing country development team, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically designed for the DACH market to achieve business objectives and accelerate growth.
  • Continuously track, evaluate, and optimize KPIs across channels. Monitor market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and translate insights into actionable projects.
  • Ensure efficient spend allocation across channels and adopt a full-funnel approach to marketing performance, leveraging incrementality testing and robust measurement frameworks.
  • Work closely with SEA, social media, design, media buying, CRM, and product teams to ensure campaigns, promotions, and product launches are adapted to local needs.
  • Align with key stakeholders across teams and levels, ensuring transparent communication and effective reporting on DACH performance and initiatives.
  • Challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to improve marketing efficiency, campaign impact, and market-specific tactics.
  • Lead and support key marketing projects that enhance local execution and contribute to EU-level initiatives where relevant.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive developments in DACH to position our brand effectively.

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and data-driven marketing, with a focus in analyzing campaign performance and understanding cross-channel impacts
  • Analytical mindset and experience in handling and steering higher budgets
  • Good understanding of key performance marketing channels and the impact they are driving on each funnel step and the business overall
  • In-depth knowledge of German consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends and media landscape
  • Native-level fluency in German is mandatory, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good English skills
