Data Analytics Lead

As part of our Data team, you will:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers, offering guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional growth
- Oversee the development and optimization of data analyses focused on essential business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Product, and Customer Support
- Supervise the design and creation of comprehensive reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights into business performance
- Analyze results, recommend actions and support company-wide decisions
- Ensure data preparation and cleaning processes are in place, and work with the team to develop data models that build a solid foundation for analysis
- Work in a data-driven, innovative company and take ownership of a domain that leverages data to drive success

Your profile
Key requirements:
- Experience in mentoring and guiding team members, with the ability to take on people management responsibilities while staying involved in day-to-day operations
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift); Python experience is a plus
- Expertise with visualization tools and methods (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and data quality practices
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 60.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
