Your territory
As part of our Hardware team, you will:
Own the electrical validation and verification of our GPS trackers - from first prototypes to products trusted by pet parents worldwide
Make sure our designs and prototypes work as intended and that all signals behave as they should
Dive deep into datasheets and hardware components to fully understand their behavior and interactions
Identify optimization potential and define how we configure and operate components to get the most out of them
Set up, extend and maintain automated test setups, including connecting and integrating new test equipment
Turn measurement data into clear, actionable feedback for the Hardware and Firmware teams
Carry out failure analysis and customer feedback investigations to continuously improve product quality
Help ensure our hardware is robust, reliable and ready for real-world adventures with pets
Work hands-on with lab and measurement equipment and turn complex data into clear decisions
Challenge our manufacturers and suppliers with your ideas, visions and technical expertise

Your profile
Key requirements:
5+ years of experience in a hardware engineering or hardware validation role
Strong track record in hardware verification and validation from prototype to volume production
Solid experience in PCB layout review and signal integrity testing
Confident using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers and similar tools
Proven experience automating tests and integrating new test equipment, ideally using Python
Mechanical design knowledge is a plus
Very good English skills
