Technical Support Lead
Full-time (4 days, 35h/week)

Your territory
As the lead of our Technical Support team, you will:
- Lead a key team within Tractive which monitors the performance of our trackers for pet parents’ peace of mind everywhere
- Be the link between customers and Tractive’s internal development teams
- Conduct error analysis and optimizations of our devices (Second Level Support)
- Be the contact person for all emerging questions concerning hardware and firmware
- Bring in your own ideas and customer feedback to improve our products
- Implement improvements and automatizations together with our different teams
- Test firmware and our hardware products from a user perspective
- Analyze the performance of the devices in the field according to the defined metrics
- Work with cutting-edge technologies (IoT and M2M)
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Ideally professional experience in Second Level Support and/or Testing/Quality Assurance
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with firmware development is a plus (microcontroller)
- Very good English skills

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
