Your territory
As part of our international Amazon team, you will:
- Be at the forefront of our sales strategy, focusing on expanding Tractive's presence and performance on Amazon
- Maximize Tractive’s growth potential on Amazon by testing and implementing new growth initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics to drive growth and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate proactively with various teams in a project mode to enhance Amazon sales strategy
- Define and implement timely changes, measuring their impact effectively
- Innovate to boost sales and visibility on Amazon, challenging the status quo
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record of success
- Proactive and creative thinker, with a strong ability to bring forward optimization ideas
- Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for data visualization and making data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
