Your territory

As part of our innovative Hardware/Firmware team you will:

  • Lead the development of the new generation of our GPS tracker hardware
  • Develop and monitor timelines on various levels for hardware development
  • Communicate between external partners and hold them accountable for deadlines and project success
  • Define and fine-tune requirements and deliverables of the project
  • Coordinate between our external development partners and the internal firmware team and manage the finding of creative and effective solutions.
  • Design processes for repeatable and successful hardware development
  • Bring in your ideas and improvements to actively contribute to the company's success. You will never hear "…because we always did it like that" again
  • Continuously develop yourself personally and professionally. You will take ownership of areas that strengthen your potential and you will be able to attend workshops to learn new skills according to your experience and interests
Your profile
Key requirements:
  • Professional experience in technical project management
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, hardware development, or manufacturing
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good skills in structuring documentation (Confluence)
  • Ideally professional experience in planning hardware projects and managing external teams is preferred
  • Ideally comprehension of firmware development
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good English skills

So you know what to expect: For this position we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualifications and experiences. The yearly gross salary is between € 35,000 and € 56,000 on a full-time basis. Do you think you can exceed our expectations? Convince us and we are willing to overpay.
