Your territory

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:

• Get the unique opportunity to dive headfirst into the world of recruiting in an innovative and international environment
• Take the reins in communicating and engaging with global candidates to ensure they have a fantastic journey with us
• Get your active sourcing game on point! Proactively reach out to international talent and uncover potential candidates to join our amazing team
• Craft a seamless application journey, by having the freedom to infuse your own ideas into our processes and recruiting strategies
• Gain professional experience with one of Austria's top-rated employers
• Take on channel management within the team and be responsible for posting on various job channels and on our career website
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Passion for the world of recruiting
• Ideally, some prior internship or work experience in recruiting
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English
• Familiarity with G-Suite tools, and if you've used an ATS system before, that's a bonus!
• Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: The monthly gross salary for an internship is € 1,972 on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.
