Your territory

As part of our US-team, you will:

  • Guide a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals across paid media, influencer marketing, and analytics
  • Design and execute Tractive’s US and Canadian performance marketing strategy across key channels, including Meta, Google, TV, Influencers, and Affiliate, ensuring alignment with EU initiatives, KPIs, and best practices
  • Manage, optimize, and innovate customer acquisition programs by identifying and implementing impactful improvements
  • Analyze marketing performance data daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions
  • Co-lead short- and long-term marketing budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing performance management
  • Partner with the EVP of North America and marketing leadership at Tractive HQ in Austria to align marketing initiatives with global business objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and improvement across all marketing activities
  • Apply DTC subscription marketing expertise to drive growth, reduce churn, and optimize economics
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in DTC performance marketing, preferably including subscription-based businesses
  • Proven hands-on expertise and success in managing multiple channels, such as Meta, Google Ads, TV advertising, Amazon, CRM, Influencers, and emerging platforms
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, marketing attribution, and data-driven optimization
  • Experience in budget management, forecasting, and marketing performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to scale customer acquisition and retention in high-growth environments
  • Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including across time zones
