Your territory
As part of our US-team, you will:
Guide a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals across paid media, influencer marketing, and analytics
Design and execute Tractive’s US and Canadian performance marketing strategy across key channels, including Meta, Google, TV, Influencers, and Affiliate, ensuring alignment with EU initiatives, KPIs, and best practices
Manage, optimize, and innovate customer acquisition programs by identifying and implementing impactful improvements
Analyze marketing performance data daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions
Co-lead short- and long-term marketing budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing performance management
Partner with the EVP of North America and marketing leadership at Tractive HQ in Austria to align marketing initiatives with global business objectives
Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and improvement across all marketing activities
Apply DTC subscription marketing expertise to drive growth, reduce churn, and optimize economics

Your profile
Key requirements:
10+ years of leadership experience in DTC performance marketing, preferably including subscription-based businesses
Proven hands-on expertise and success in managing multiple channels, such as Meta, Google Ads, TV advertising, Amazon, CRM, Influencers, and emerging platforms
Strong background in quantitative analysis, marketing attribution, and data-driven optimization
Experience in budget management, forecasting, and marketing performance reporting
Demonstrated ability to scale customer acquisition and retention in high-growth environments
Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including across time zones
